BREAKING: CBSE Class 10th Board exam cancelled, 12th postponed till May 30
CBSE Board Exam News: the govt has cancelled CBSE Board exams for sophistication 10th and postponed 12th exams till May 30. the choice was taken after a gathering presided over by PM Narendra Modi. The meeting was attended by Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal and top officialdom .
CBSE Class 10th Exam Cancelled, 12th Postponed: CBSE Board exams for sophistication 10th won't be held this year which students will promoted on the idea of an indoor assessment, Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank told India TV on Wednesday. the govt , he said, has postponed Class 12th examinations till May 30. The board will issue a revised schedule for sophistication 12th board exams on June 1.
The decision was taken at a high-level meeting presided over by Prime Minister Narendra Modi today. The meeting was attended by Pokhriyal, Education Secretary, and other officialdom .
"The Board Exams for sophistication Xth to be held from 4th May to June 14th, 2021 are hereby cancelled. The results of sophistication Xth Board are going to be prepared on the idea of an objective criterion to be developed by the Board. Any candidate who isn't satisfied with the marks allocated to him/her on this basis are going to be given a chance to take a seat in an exam as and when the conditions are conducive to carry the exams," the Ministry of Education said during a press note.
Students of sophistication 10 to be promoted on basis of internal assessment. If a student isn't satisfied with the assessment then he/she can appear for the examination once things (#COVID19) is normal: Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal

As per the previous schedule, CBSE board exams for both 10th and 12th were slated to be held from May 4 to June 7. Results were likely to be announced by mid-July.
